| One Feng Shui
Secret Revealed

In Home Staging and Feng Shui, one of the most importance aspects
to immediately attract OR discourage a buyer is the view of the
front of the home.
If you want
to attract the buyer, they must be able to see the front door, and
it must be a pleasant and inviting view. Does the shrubbery need
to be trimmed? Is there clutter on the front porch, or the front
yard that feels less than inviting? Does the front mat need to be
replaced with something as wide as the door and welcoming? Remove
everything that blocks your vision and view of the front, and you
will be amazing at the attention this property receives.
Red is
a traditional color in Feng Shui to attract good luck, and red is
a powerful color to introduce to the front door and the walkways
to attract the buyer. Red is an attention getting color! Use this
in wreaths, potted arrangements next to the door, plants along the
walkway. Use this in the welcome mat. Go all out, and if it
matches the decor, paint the front door red too! |
